A 6-week programme, exclusively for Founders. Build a powerful pitch and then pitch to our investors.

One-off, special offer for April 24 cohort of £250*

*Reduced from £995.

Week #1

Create an Investment-Ready Mindset.

The first step on the investment-readiness journey is to establish the framework and mindset required to become an investable founder. We will explore, and challenge, your current mindset as a Founder, and as business.

Then, we’ll go behind the curtain and learn what investors are looking for and what they really mean when they decline your investment opportunity. We’ll explore how to speak in the language of the investor, focusing on risk mitigations, building asset value and commercial acumen.

Week #2

Build a powerful pitch deck that packs a punch.

The pitch deck is a key asset in the fundraising journey and is the outcome of the pitch preparation phase. We’ll show you how to condense your business plan and financials down in to a snappy deck that drives investor action.

We will walk you through our proven pitch deck structure and explain what does, and does not, need to be in the deck. We will debunk some myths about pitch decks and make sure you leave this session with a clear set of actions to make sure your deck packs a punch!

Week #3

Reach out and engage with your ideal investors.

Investor outreach is a process which demands careful preparation, but it can be much simpler than you may have been told. If you’ve properly prepared your pitch, this phase should be relatively painless.

We’ll show you proven ways to rapidly research and find investors that fit your ideal investor profile. Then, we’ll explore specific techniques for communicating your investment opportunity to potential investors and how to manage the process like a sales process.

Week #4

Deliver a winning pitch which drives investor action.

Where a pitch deck opens the door to investment, the pitch itself is what convinces invetsor to let you inside. Pitching is a multi-stage process, but getting that first presentation right is a crucial part of the process.

We will walk you through the importance of taking control of a pitch meeting, how to build rapport and how to ooze credibility throughout. We will also look at the purpose of each meeting and how to tailor your approach to meet the expectations of the people in the room.

Week #5

Supercharge due diligence with a robust dataroom.

Due diligence is the #1 area where most investments fall through. By creating a dataroom on day #1, you can identify gaps in your offer and address red flags early, enabling you to maximise your chances of securing the cash.

We’ll show you how to struture the dataroom and the key documents you will need to prepare to ensure fundraising success.

Week #6

Pitch our investors and get invaluable feedback.

The final session in our programme is your opportunity to take all the learnings from this programme and pitch your idea to our active-investor panel. You may secure an opportunity for a follow meeting, but the key in this session is to get valuable feedback direct from the people making the investment decisions.

Our investor panel (a mix of angels and VCs), will provide honest and direct feedback to help you hone your pitch!
